ABOUT US
We are Joe and Liisu from Estonia. Our goal is to show the world through our camera lens and share the experience having both traveled to over 50 countries.
Joe started traveling with a one-way ticket to Australia which was supposed to be a 6-month holiday in 2015 but he fell in love with the lifestyle. In 2021 he went full-in on Youtube and in the end of that year Liisu joined.
Together we have adventured for over 3 years, both backpacking and living in our yellow van Freyja. The latest journeys took us from Europe to Nepal overland, around the Arabian peninsula and horseback through Mongolia…

We are both 29.

We are full-time travelers and videographers, earning money from social media and our videos. Before starting Youtube, Joe had worked 25 different jobs in Australia, Canada and New Zealand, Liisu was a medical doctor.

We worked hard in different foreign countries and saved a lot before starting Wild Viking Travels Youtube channel. This has been our primary source of income while on the road slowly replacing using our savings. We have both earned our finances from zero and you don’t need to be born rich to see the world (Joe started traveling with enough money to survive ONE week in Australia). More about our story here.
