Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

You can return items to us under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

• The product should be unused, undamaged and include all original labels.

• Personalized items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Send us an email at wildvikingtravels(at)gmail.com and hello(at)hertwill.com. When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Specify why the item needs to be returned.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Upon receiving the returned item at our partner’s warehouse and confirmation that it meets the conditions, we will start to process the refund. Refunds typically take 3-7 workdays to process.

Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges

Please note that returns will have an extra shipping fee equal to our standard shipping rates which can be found here. Returns from the EU may be provided without a cost, UK and US orders will have a return shipping fee. Please contact us for more information.
