Shipping & Delivery

Currently, Wild Viking Travels offers shipping (fulfilled by Hertwill) to the European Union countries, US and UK. However, we do not yet deliver to Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta or other countries outside of the EU.

Shipping to EU countries

Our products are shipped to EU countries (excluding Cyprus and Malta) from our European warehouses, making delivery quick and efficient. Most orders land within 2-7 workdays. If you’re in Scandinavia or the Baltics, you’re looking at an even quicker 2-5 workday delivery window. Most orders are shipped by DPD and parcel lockers are the preferred method of delivery. Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT +3) head out the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items.

All listed prices are estimates and include VAT. Currently, shipping to Germany is available at a discounted price of 8.53 €. 

*By default, we send packages to pick-up points and parcel lockers since they’re customer favourites and a more cost-effective option. The prices you see are based on these preferred methods. In areas where pick-up points aren’t available, we use door-to-door delivery instead.

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs to US & UK

We also offer shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders typically arrive in the US within 1-2 weeks; however, please allow up to 4 weeks in some cases, as all items are shipped from Europe. Deliveries to the UK usually take 3-10 workdays, although some made-to-order items may take longer. Please note that orders may be subject to customs tax when shipping to countries outside of the EU which has to be covered by you, the client. Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT +3) head out the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items. Most orders are shipped with door-to-door delivery.

What is the return policy?

We happily accept returns and customers can return their items directly to us. However, please note that we can only accept a return if:

  • The product is returned within 30 days of the original order date. 

  • The product is unused, undamaged and retains all original labels.

  • The product is not personalized.
